Goals and Objectives

The following information outlines Trojan Industrial Group’s corporate Goals and Objectives:

Three year Goals

• To maximise and utilise full timber waste into finished product and or secondary uses.

• To set the Australia benchmark for recycling and reuse of all types of timber pallets.

• To produce 500,000 recycled, repaired and re-manufactured pallets per annum.

• To address other timber waste projects in the same manner as pallets.

Objectives

• Diversions from landfill of all types of repairable and/or reusable pallets.

• Diversion from landfill of secondary material such as damaged timber from un-repairable pallets, crates and similar products.

• Continue to measure against other states in industry/units measure on a weekly basis.

• Ongoing research into industry concern regarding timber wastes and exploring opportunities for recovery, reuse or recycling
