Matthew Troy – Managing Director

• Ten years full time in the pallet industry and has undertaken several trips around Australia to review similar operations. In 2003 travelled to USA and UK to inspect relevant technology and other pallet operations.

• Bachelor of Economics

• Short courses in Sales and Marketing, information technology and integrated electronic accounting systems.

• Private pilot, crane operator and heavy truck driver licensed.

Damian Troy – Operations Director

• Seven years full time in pallet industry overseeing day to day operations and control of plant and equipment

• Bachelor of Business

• Short courses in business

• Fork lift and crane operator licensed.

Bill Troy – General Manager

• Twenty-four years in the pallet industry and has travelled domestically and to USA and UK to inspect other pallet operations.

• Short courses in information technology

• Former veterans Affairs public service 15 years, Vietnam Veteran, Administratively involved in RSL sub group committees.

Brett Donnelley – Day Operations Manager

• Extensive experience in transport and logistics. Responsible for transport and dispatch.

• Heavy truck, fork lift and crane operators licensed

• Ensures daily targets of manufacture and supply are met

Susie Donnelley–Administration officer

• Bachelor of Accounting

• Runs day to day admin

• Payroll and accounts payables inquires

• Internal sales

Ben Kauffman – Floor Manager

• Twenty five years experience in manufacturing - ensures production targets are met and quality control up to level required.
